Should you ever require assistance from our practice, we kindly invite you to utilize our convenient online service, eConsult. Completing a straightforward online form, you help us offer you the right care at the right time. A qualified GP will review your submitted form, and you can expect to receive a response from our practice team on the same day.

If you are unable to fill out the online form yourself or don’t have access to a smartphone or the internet, don’t worry! Our dedicated reception team is ready to assist you.

When we are closed
When the practice is closed, you can still access appointments from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm every evening and throughout the day on weekends with the Enhanced Access Service. To make an appointment you can call the practice on 020 3874 5676 during normal business hours. If your practice is closed, you can still call the practice number and the call will be answered by the Enhanced Access service staff who will be able to help you.
When the surgery is closed call 111 for the out-of-hours GP service. If you have a life-threatening emergency please call 999
Appointment cancellation
If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly request that you let us know as early as possible in advance. By doing so, we can offer your appointment to another patient who may urgently need it. Please telephone the practice on 020 3874 5676 to cancel or change your appointment.
Interpreters for non-English speakers
We will try to arrange interpreters for non-English speakers or for those who use sign language. Please let the reception know if you need an interpreter.
