If you ever need assistance from our practice, we warmly invite you to use our convenient online service, eConsult. By completing a simple online form, you help us ensure you receive the right care at the right time. A qualified GP will review your form, and our team will respond on the same day.

If you are unable to fill out the online form yourself or don’t have access to a smartphone or the internet, don’t worry! Our dedicated reception team is ready to assist you.

When we are closed
When our practice is closed, you can still book appointments from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm on weekdays and throughout the day on weekends through the Enhanced Access Service. To schedule an appointment, please call us at 020 3874 5676 during regular business hours. If the practice is closed, your call will be redirected to the Enhanced Access Service staff, who will be available to assist you.
When the surgery is closed call 111 for the out-of-hours GP service. If you have a life-threatening emergency please call 999
Appointment cancellation
If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly request that you let us know as early as possible in advance. By doing so, we can offer your appointment to another patient who may urgently need it. Please telephone the practice on 020 3874 5676 to cancel or change your appointment.
Interpreters for non-English speakers
We will try to arrange interpreters for non-English speakers or for those who use sign language. Please let the reception know if you need an interpreter.
